Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Experience in high-touch onboarding processes, especially in SMB and mid-market segments.
Proven ability to mentor and coach customer-facing teams effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and analytical tools such as Sigma is essential.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating customer needs into actionable strategies.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar operations-heavy sectors is a plus.
