Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in event management or production, especially in high-touch settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Trello or ClickUp.
Ability to manage multiple events concurrently, maintaining attention to detail throughout.
Clear communication skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Physical ability to handle the demands of event setups, including lifting items up to 40 lbs.
