Requirements

5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth organization.
Proficient with HRIS systems, particularly Rippling, and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Thorough understanding of U.S. labor laws, especially in California and New York.
A track record of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
