Requirements

10+ years of leadership experience in education or non-profit sectors.
5+ years in a leadership role with a strong track record of success.
Experience in talent development and performance management.
Proven ability to lead complex organizations to achieve goals.
Strong alignment with KIPP's mission and values.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Benefits

Salary range: $197,000 - $236,500.
25 holidays plus 18 flexible PTO days (increases over time).
