At The Orchard, we manage music distribution in 48 markets, supporting independent artists and labels globally. In the Relationship Support team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our campaigns and enhancing our relationships with clients.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the music industry or a related field.
Proven ability to manage projects across teams, particularly in international settings.
Strong organizational skills; experience with budget tracking and campaign performance analytics.
Familiarity with tools for tracking and reporting campaign metrics.
Fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish is a plus.
Experience in music distribution is preferred but not essential.
