Requirements

Proven track record in building and managing membership or community programs, with hands-on experience beyond mere maintenance.
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot: capable of configuring workflows, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.
Solid experience in managing outreach operations, focusing on relationship-building and effective follow-up strategies.
Ability to communicate clearly, crafting member-facing content and internal documentation that is direct and actionable.
Experience in moderating online discussions, maintaining productive and respectful dialogue among diverse participants.
