Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5-7 years of experience in player engagement, sports management, or related areas.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate discussions effectively.
Demonstrated experience in developing culturally aware programming.

Salary range of $85,000 to $105,000, with hiring typically around the midpoint.
