Requirements

5+ years in business operations or program management, specifically within media or subscription services.
Proven track record of navigating and influencing cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in project management tools; familiarity with Airtable and Confluence is a plus.
Ability to create concise and compelling presentations for varied audiences.
Experience with product launches or iterative development processes.
