We need a Regional Operations Leader who can bring a touch of excellence to our growing family.

Requirements

4+ years in management roles, specifically within bakery, café, or food service environments.
Demonstrable experience in leading teams to achieve operational targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ability to interpret and act on financial data, including sales trends and cost analysis.
Strong grasp of food safety regulations and practices.
Hands-on leadership capability; comfortable engaging directly with staff and customers.
Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as needed.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
