Requirements

5+ years leading customer support or service operations with a track record of managing KPIs.
Proficiency in CRM and support tools like Zendesk or Hubspot; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret service performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams and cross-functional partners effectively.
A proactive mindset to identify service trends and operational inefficiencies.
3+ years managing people, guiding teams through performance management while fostering accountability.

Base salary range of $95,000-$110,000, with a performance-based bonus structure.
