Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in learning and development, particularly in the restaurant or retail sectors.
Proficiency in creating impactful training programs that resonate with frontline teams, with a preference for a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong skills in facilitation and presentation, enabling you to engage diverse groups effectively.
Experience in collaborating with operations leaders to link training outcomes with tangible business improvements.
A knack for project management, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while driving results.
