Requirements

Proven experience managing P&L, including budgeting and inventory oversight.
Strong background in conflict resolution and organizational management.
Experience in the fire protection industry or a related field, ideally in a leadership role.
A degree in business or a relevant field is advantageous.
Advanced understanding of building codes pertaining to fire protection.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
NICET certification at levels III or IV is preferred.
Must hold a valid driver's license; mobility for client visits required.
Pass a drug test and security screening as necessary.
