Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in Customer Success, specifically within SaaS environments.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team, with a strong focus on mentoring and development.
Familiarity with key SaaS metrics including MRR, Churn, and CAC.
Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success tools, such as Salesforce or Churn Zero.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy.
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with both customers and executives.
