Requirements

Significant experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or retail sector.
A robust background in P&L management and B2C sales, with a track record of meeting financial targets.
Deep familiarity with the U.S. market dynamics and trends in oral health.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance through motivation and clear communication.
Strong analytical skills to assess KPIs and implement effective improvement strategies.
