Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex, multi-day events.
2+ years of leadership experience, focusing on team development and mentorship.
Proficient in managing logistics, vendor relations, and budget oversight.
Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, and event management software such as Cvent or Airtable.
Effective communicator capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Interest or background in science and artificial intelligence is a plus.
