Requirements

3–5 years of experience in customer support, particularly in high-touch environments.
At least 2 years of managing team leaders or handling multiple support teams.
Proven track record in elevating multi-channel support metrics such as SLA and CSAT.
Strong familiarity with workforce planning and operational management.
Experience with customer support tools, ideally Zendesk.
Ability to manage sensitive escalations and public interactions with tact.
Data-driven mindset with a knack for translating insights into practical changes.
