Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
A minimum of five years in freight forwarding, specifically in air and ocean logistics.
At least three years of customer service experience with a record of exceeding expectations.
Certifications in DG, Hazmat, and TSA.
Familiarity with Incoterms and handling of bonded freight and project cargo.
Basic understanding of warehousing and trucking operations is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CW1 experience is a plus.
