Requirements

A minimum of ten years in customer success roles, with at least five in a leadership capacity within B2B SaaS, ideally in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse customer functions, integrating strategies for onboarding, adoption, support, and growth.
Experience developing scalable processes that maintain a high-touch customer experience, even as demands increase.
Proven track record of improving customer retention and expansion in enterprise settings.
Strong understanding of AI technologies in relation to customer engagement and product development.
