Requirements

6-10 years of experience in production operations, ideally in a creative agency or post-production environment.
Deep familiarity with campaign workflows and the dynamics of resource management.
Proven experience collaborating across multiple global teams, with a keen understanding of cross-border challenges.
Strong commercial acumen to engage effectively with finance and senior leadership.
A detail-oriented approach, capable of managing both high-level visibility and day-to-day tasks.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport across disciplines, including creative, production, and finance.
