Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is essential; a Master’s degree or progress towards one is preferred.
5-10 years of experience in sales and operations, with at least 5 years in a field leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing a business unit with revenue between $15M-$29M.
Strong understanding of P&L management and market dynamics.
Proficiency in talent development and coaching within multi-disciplinary organizations.
Ability to navigate and influence decisions in a complex matrixed environment.
