Requirements

7+ years in commercial or technical service operations, particularly in mechanical or HVAC fields.
3-5 years in a managerial role with direct responsibility for P&L.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with service management software; experience with digital dispatch tools is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the service region.
Full-time, on-site availability to support hands-on leadership and real-time decision-making.
Strong communication skills, paired with exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
