Requirements

Five or more years in customer support or a related field, ideally with exposure to the NYC parenting or education sectors.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, with demonstrable experience in refining processes for better outcomes.
Strong relationship-building capabilities, with a proven track record of fostering connections that last.
