Requirements

Five years of experience in live entertainment management or similar roles, ideally in a high-traffic visitor attraction.
A degree in Theatre Management, Performing Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing show operations effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on the fly.
Experience with talent recruitment and scheduling processes.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
