Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
7 to 10 years in the beauty sector, specifically focused on sales and retail management.
Demonstrated success with major retail accounts, particularly within LATAM distribution.
Experience leading remote or field sales teams across diverse markets.
Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel across LATAM frequently.
