Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in ecommerce operations, product management, or digital project roles.
In-depth knowledge of various ecommerce platforms like SFCC, Shopify, or Magento.
Experience with QA processes and sprint cycles, demonstrating your ability to manage product releases effectively.
Familiarity with fraud prevention tools and strategies to mitigate ecommerce risks.
Understanding of order management and fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or Tableau.
Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams, bridging technical and non-technical language.
Hands-on experience with customer service platforms like Zendesk is a plus.
