Our Creative Production team is expanding, and we are in search of a Senior Manager who can orchestrate the entire production process for our brand imagery—from initial concepts to final outputs. This role is essential for marrying creativity with logistical detail and financial accountability.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in photo and video production, especially in an in-house studio setting.
2-3 years of experience in managing teams.
Proven ability to oversee on-location shoots, with hands-on logistics management.
In-depth knowledge of production workflows, tools, and industry terminology.
Experience in budget management and successful contract negotiations.
Solid understanding of image rights and licensing.
Interest in exploring new technologies, particularly AI, in production processes.
