Requirements

3+ years in Customer Operations, Implementation, or Project Management within a SaaS environment.
Experience managing complex projects, with a keen ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.
Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms and handling client data workflows.
A meticulous approach to detail, especially regarding timelines and data accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly across various levels.
