Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-site or complex service environment with a revenue footprint exceeding $10 million.
Robust background in operational roles within field service businesses, allowing for informed decision-making and strategy implementation.
History of owning P&L responsibilities, particularly in environments with 40+ team members.
Hands-on leadership style that emphasizes real-time engagement with team members in the field.
Experience with operational systems like PestPac, showcasing an ability to embed new technologies effectively.
