Requirements

Minimum of 6 years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS context.
Hands-on management experience leading teams, with a knack for fostering growth and accountability.
Proficiency in tools like Vitally and Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
Experience in marketing measurement, attribution, or adtech/martech is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior stakeholders.

Benefits

Salary range between $106,000 - $201,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
