Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a managerial position within structural steel fabrication or a similar heavy industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with estimating, negotiating contracts, and executing complex fabrication projects.
Proficient understanding of AISC-certified operations and compliance standards.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to budget, quality, and schedule constraints.
Experience leading diverse teams, ensuring both productivity and morale are maintained.
