Requirements

3-6 years of experience in customer service or consumer experience management, ideally in the CPG or food & beverage sectors.
Proven track record in handling escalated consumer complaints with sensitivity and tact.
Strong analytical skills to decipher feedback patterns and transform them into actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems, along with experience in generating reports that inform decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a growing company’s fast-evolving environment, with strong organizational skills.
Excellent written communication, adapting tone and style to fit the brand voice.
