Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, ideally with supervisory duties.
Deep familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
Background in the tradeshow or event sector is highly beneficial.
Thorough understanding of online ordering systems, payment processes, and integrations.
Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to troubleshoot and organize effectively.
Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is preferred.
