As a prestigious candlemaker steeped in history since 1643, TRUDON is looking for an Operations Ninja to enhance our U.S. operations from our New York office. Your expertise will support order management, inventory oversight, and logistics, ensuring our luxury products reach customers seamlessly.

Requirements

4 to 6 years of operations experience, preferably in multi-channel retail or wholesale.
Hands-on experience with Navision ERP is essential; familiarity with MyReport or similar BI tools is advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership in team management, with a focus on developing skills and processes.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with international teams; French language skills are a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to data integrity and performance tracking.
