Requirements

2-5 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce, particularly with Shopify.
Proficiency in conversion metrics and calculations, especially CVR, AOV, and traffic analysis.
A proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests that drive measurable outcomes.
At least one year of experience using Asana or Jira for effective task management.
An ability to craft detailed, actionable briefs that communicate effectively with development teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines without losing sight of the details.
Comfort in analyzing performance data from GA4, Shopify analytics, and sales funnels.
