The Role

• Lead the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities into next-generation Wi-Fi Access Point platforms.

• Optimize AI models (CNNs, LLMs) for resource-constrained embedded systems using techniques like quantization and pruning.

• Develop "Agentic" workflows leveraging local LLMs for autonomous network optimization and troubleshooting.

• Conduct deep-dive debugging of AI model performance, accuracy, and runtime issues.

• Profile and tune system resources (CPU, DDR) to ensure efficient operation of AI workloads alongside networking stacks.

• Collaborate with customers to guide them on model selection, training, and deployment strategies for embedded AI.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model optimization techniques.

• Strong understanding of embedded systems, Linux kernel, and performance profiling tools.

• Experience in debugging complex software issues and analyzing system performance.
