Requirements

5 to 10 years in People Operations or HR, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
Experience designing processes from the ground up rather than maintaining existing systems.
Strong familiarity with compliance across various jurisdictions, especially if you’ve navigated international employee needs.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency with modern HR systems; experience with tools like Rippling is advantageous.
