Role Description

The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves leading a team to achieve store objectives in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, implementing merchandising strategies, and driving community engagement through partnership with local sports teams. The role also requires collaboration with other store leaders to meet business goals and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating teams, coaching, and developing team members to achieve goals.
Customer Service and Sales: Strong skills in delivering excellent customer experiences and driving sales initiatives in a retail environment.
Organizational and Operational Skills: Ability to manage store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and execute merchandising strategies effectively.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with team members, customers, and local communities.
Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Ability to work flexible schedules and make informed decisions under pressure to address challenges proactively.
Prior leadership experience in a retail setting is highly desirable.
Passion for sports and active lifestyles is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
