Requirements

6-8+ years in e-commerce operations or logistics, ideally with experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
Proficiency in managing teams and collaborating effectively with third-party logistics partners.
Solid financial understanding, with hands-on experience overseeing budgets and cost efficiency.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify and NetSuite is a must.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is essential.
