As a pivotal member of our Customer Success team, you will ensure that clients extract maximum value from our services, fostering partnerships that drive their success.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years in market research, preferably within agencies, tech companies, or as a client-side specialist.
At least 6 years managing client relationships with a proven record of driving value and overseeing renewals and upsells.
Proficient in using various research and customer success tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics dashboards) to monitor and enhance client engagement.
Strong ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and facilitate user adoption across multifaceted accounts.
Excellent communication skills, with experience leading training sessions and strategic discussions.
Demonstrated collaborative spirit, working effectively with teams across Sales, Product, and Research.
Adaptable to shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
A customer-centric mindset with an eagerness to drive impact through technology.
