Requirements

7–10 years of leadership experience in building automation or related fields.
Deep understanding of building automation systems and controls project delivery.
Demonstrated success in sales strategy development and operational management.
Experience with financial oversight, including budgeting and P&L management.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as required to support operations and client needs.
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening.
