Requirements

A bachelor's degree; a master's degree is advantageous.
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations and management, with a focus on sales.
Strong grasp of financial principles, especially regarding profit and loss.
Demonstrated leadership in managing operations, finance, and quality assurance.
Experience in developing and implementing performance goals across multiple sites.
Ability to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Proficient in articulating strategies for continuous improvement.
