As we grow, we need an Operations Ninja to establish and refine the processes that will allow us to scale effectively.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in operations, manufacturing, or production management.
Practical experience with FDM 3D printing; personal projects are welcome.
Ability to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies with a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to engage directly in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
A proactive approach to ownership and accountability.
