Requirements

8+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
Experience in the distribution sector, understanding logistics and coordination challenges.
Proficient in using metrics to assess performance; familiarity with KPIs in a customer service context.
A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams and clients.
