Requirements

Five years of retail experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail management systems, particularly Cegid.
Strong understanding of retail laws, security protocols, and health and safety regulations in the U.S.
Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Experience in inventory management and stock optimization processes.
