Requirements

10+ years in operational roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
Proven experience in establishing U.S. businesses, from infrastructure to talent acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and U.S. employment laws.
Strong organizational skills paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication abilities, especially in cross-time-zone collaboration.
