At HongMall, we focus on enhancing the online shopping experience for Chinese users in North America. As we build a localized operations team, we seek an Online Store Operations Leader to drive our e-commerce strategy and manage product categories effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant experience in e-commerce or business preferred.
A minimum of 2 years in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in category management.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; Spanish is a plus.
Deep understanding of inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales execution.
Proficiency with data analysis tools to inform operational decisions.
Able to work full-time onsite in Irvine, CA.
