Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5–8 years in executive operations, program management, or a similar role with a focus on strategic execution.
Experience managing teams and ensuring performance accountability.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to enhance workflow efficiency.
Proven ability to support senior leaders and manage sensitive information with discretion.
