Requirements

5+ years of experience in business program management with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical background; proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables and functions, and a willingness to learn SQL.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams, fostering collaboration effectively.
Experience with developing and tracking KPIs that align with operational excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey strategic insights clearly.
A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
