Requirements

5-7 years in digital operations, e-commerce, or product/project management roles.
2+ years managing teams with a focus on performance and development.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Salesforce CRM is crucial.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, as well as Airtable.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to distill complex issues into simple solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
