Requirements

Minimum of 4 years in Customer Success Management or onboarding, specifically with intricate software solutions.
At least 3 years of experience in presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for diverse audiences.
A proactive problem solver, capable of navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance.
Experience collaborating across departments, particularly with engineering and product teams.
Familiarity with recruiting technologies, ATS, or HR solutions is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
